EN — 1. Introduction & acceptance. These Terms govern use of the Korean–Australian community information-sharing service ("KoAus"). By accessing the service you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.
EN — 2. Platform nature & limitation of liability. KoAus is an online venue for users to share information (jobs, sharehouses, second-hand goods, vehicle and care services, etc.). The parties to any transaction are the users themselves. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from direct dealings. These Terms do not exclude or limit consumer rights guaranteed by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
EN — 3. Prohibited conduct. False listings, scam information, abuse, defamation, impersonation, bot-driven spam, and infringing content are prohibited. All users must comply with the Online Safety Act 2021 (Cth).
EN — 4. Content ownership & intellectual property. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display and promote it. "koaus" is a trade mark filed with IP Australia (word mark, Classes 9 and 35); "Koaus Community" is our registered business name (ASIC).
EN — 5. Reporting, account & disclaimers. Report harmful content to koaus.official@gmail.com. You may delete your account at any time; we may suspend accounts for breach. Service-specific disclaimers apply — emergency contacts are for reference only (call 000 in emergencies), currency rates are indicative, and visa/legal/business listings are third-party and not endorsements. KO — 1. 목적·동의. 본 약관은 김신행(사업자명 "Koaus Community", ABN 27581486613)이 제공하는 호주 한인 커뮤니티 정보공유 서비스("KoAus") 의 이용 조건을 규정합니다. 서비스 이용 시 본 약관 및 개인정보처리방침에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.
KO — 2. 플랫폼 성격·면책. KoAus 는 이용자 간 정보(구인구직, 쉐어하우스, 중고거래, 차량·케어 서비스 등)를 공유하는 온라인 플랫폼(Venue) 입니다. 거래·계약의 당사자는 이용자 본인이며, 직거래로 발생하는 손실에 대해 당사는 법이 허용하는 최대한도 내에서 책임지지 않습니다. 호주 소비자법(ACL)이 보장하는 권리는 제한되지 않습니다.
KO — 3. 금지행위. 허위 매물·사기성 정보·욕설·비방·타인 사칭·봇 스팸·불법 콘텐츠 금지. 「Online Safety Act 2021 (Cth)」 준수.
KO — 4. 콘텐츠·지적재산. 게시 콘텐츠 소유권은 이용자에게 있으며, 당사는 서비스 운영·표시·홍보를 위한 비독점적 사용권을 부여받습니다. "koaus" 는 IP Australia 출원 상표(워드마크, Class 9·35), "Koaus Community" 는 ASIC 등록 사업자명입니다.
KO — 5. 신고·계정·서비스별 면책. 유해 콘텐츠 신고 → koaus.official@gmail.com. 이용자는 언제든 계정 삭제 요청 가능하며, 약관 위반 시 당사가 계정을 정지·해지할 수 있습니다. 서비스별 면책 — 긴급연락처(실제 응급 시 000)·환율(참고용)·비자/법무/업체 디렉터리(제3자, 당사 보증 아님). 준거법: 호주 퀸즈랜드주.

EN — 1. What we collect. Only what is needed to provide the service: mobile number (SMS verification), email address (Google sign-in or optional contact), account details, content you post, IP address, and device/log information. We do NOT collect your full legal name. Google reCAPTCHA may collect device information for security and bot prevention.
EN — 2. How we use it. Only for account management and authentication, connecting posts/bookings/enquiries, customer support, spam and fraud prevention, operating and improving the service, and meeting legal obligations.
EN — 3. Disclosure & overseas storage. When you book or enquire with a business listed on the platform, we pass your contact details to that business so the service can proceed (separate consent at booking). Information is stored on cloud servers (Firebase/Google) and may be processed in countries outside Australia (APP 8). Eligible data breaches are reported to the OAIC under the Notifiable Data Breaches (NDB) scheme.
EN — 4. Retention & destruction. Personal information is destroyed when its purpose is fulfilled or any legal retention period ends. To prevent misuse, essential account details may be retained in encrypted form for 6 months after account closure before destruction.
EN — 5. Your rights. You may request access, correction, or deletion → koaus.official@gmail.com. Complaints to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC, www.oaic.gov.au). Service is for users aged 18 and over.
KO — 1. 수집 정보. 당사는 서비스 제공에 필요한 최소한의 정보만 수집합니다 — 휴대전화번호(SMS 본인인증), 이메일 주소(Google 로그인 시 제공되거나 선택적 연락처), 계정 정보, 게시물 내용, 접속 IP 및 기기·로그 정보. 본인 실명(성명)은 수집하지 않습니다. 보안 및 봇 차단을 위해 Google reCAPTCHA 가 기기 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다.
KO — 2. 이용 목적. 계정 관리·인증, 게시·예약·문의 연동, 고객지원, 스팸·부정이용 차단, 서비스 운영·개선, 법적 의무 이행 목적으로만 이용합니다.
KO — 3. 제3자 제공·해외 보관. 이용자가 플랫폼 내 업체(쉐어하우스, 정비, 렌터카, 견인 등) 에 예약·문의할 경우, 서비스 진행을 위해 해당 업체에 이용자의 연락처가 전달됩니다(예약·문의 시점에 별도 동의). 수집된 정보는 클라우드 서버(Firebase/Google) 에 보관되며 호주 외 국가에서 저장·처리될 수 있습니다(APP 8). 심각한 유출 시 호주 정보보호위원회(OAIC) 에 NDB 제도에 따라 통지합니다.
KO — 4. 보관 및 파기. 개인정보는 이용 목적 달성 또는 법정 보관기간 종료 시 파기합니다. 부정이용 방지를 위해 탈퇴 후 6개월 동안 주요 정보를 암호화 보관 후 파기할 수 있습니다.
